AI Transparency Statement
Clinical Excellence GmbH uses artificial intelligence (AI) to support selected consulting, training, and content creation activities. This page explains how AI may be used, how AI-supported content is reviewed, and how AI-generated or AI-modified content is labelled where required. The purpose of this statement is to inform clients, potential clients, partners, and website visitors about my approach to responsible and transparent AI use.
This policy also documents Clinical Excellence GmbH’s implementation of its signed commitment as a deployer of generative AI systems under Section 2 of the Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content, published on 10 June 2026. It is intended to support compliance with Article 50(4) and Article 50(5) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, without replacing legal review where required.
How I Use AI
AI may support my work in the following areas:
- Drafting, structuring, and editing text for consulting, training, marketing, and knowledge materials.
- Creating or adapting visuals, examples, templates, checklists, case studies, and learning materials.
- Supporting research, summarization, translation, and process optimization.
- Developing internal tools, agents, and workflow support for business processes
AI is used as a support tool. Professional judgment, client context, and regulatory understanding remain the responsibility of Clinical Excellence GmbH.
For this policy, Clinical Excellence GmbH acts as a deployer of generative AI systems when it uses tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, declarative agents, or custom engine agents for professional content generation or manipulation.
This policy does not claim that Clinical Excellence GmbH is a provider of generative AI systems, a provider of generative AI models, or a technology provider of marking and detection solutions unless a separate documented assessment confirms such a role for a specific system.
What This Means for Clients
Clients may receive materials where AI has supported drafting, structuring, translation, visual preparation, or training material development. AI support does not replace expert review or client-specific adaptation.
Where AI is used for client deliverables, the output is reviewed before delivery. The review may include factual checks, regulatory plausibility checks, consistency checks, and assessment of whether the content is suitable for the intended audience and purpose.
Labelling of AI-Generated or AI-Modified Content
I label AI-supported content where required by law, contract, or my internal transparency standards. Depending on the format and context, I may use notices such as “This content was created with AI assistance,” “This section was generated with AI support,” or “AI-supported content.”
Where content falls within the EU AI Act transparency rules for deep fakes or certain published text on matters of public interest, I use a clear and distinguishable label, the EU AI icon where applicable, or an equivalent notice. The label is placed so that it is visible or otherwise perceivable at the time of first exposure.
For audio-only content that requires disclosure, I use a plain-language audible notice. For video or image content that requires disclosure, I place the label in a clear and perceivable location. For training materials, the notice “AI-supported content” may be used where appropriate.
Human Review and Editorial Responsibility
I-supported content is subject to human review before it is used for client work, published on my website, or included in training materials. Review is performed by me or other qualified personnel or external experts where appropriate.
- I remain responsible for the final content I publish or deliver.
- I do not present AI output as independently verified expert advice unless it has been reviewed.
- I assess whether AI-supported content is appropriate for the client, audience, and intended use.
- Where a client contract assigns editorial responsibility differently, the agreed contractual allocation applies.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Client information, confidential business information, and personal data are handled in accordance with applicable contracts, confidentiality obligations, and data protection requirements. AI tools are selected and used with attention to confidentiality, purpose limitation, and data minimization.
Sensitive or confidential client data is not intentionally entered into public AI tools unless there is an appropriate legal, contractual, and technical basis for doing so.
Regulatory Basis
This statement reflects my role as a deployer of generative AI systems and my commitment to transparent AI use. Relevant regulatory and guidance materials include the EU AI Act, the Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content, GDPR, applicable accessibility rules, and related EU digital regulation.

Important Note
This statement is provided for transparency and client information. It does not constitute legal advice. Regulatory requirements may change, and this page will be reviewed at least annually or whenever relevant legal, technical, regulatory guidance, the Code of Practice, or Clinical Excellence GmbH’s AI use materially changes occur.
